I meant kiond of like Burce Lee. Bruce never finished his wing chun training yet was easily beating all hsi wing chun classmates. He also just touched boxing for a fre months and was already incorporating its footwork and strategy into hsi wing chun. He touched like over 20 styles and easily understood their concepts and fighting strategies thus incorporating them into jeet kune do while most people can't even master one style as well as he did those 27 or so.

Is that what your case worker told you to write?Originally posted by Meravod
I dont train much but I have 2 years of experience behind me and I am very skilled at what I do train. I have a natural talent for fighting kind of Bruce Lee. I can apply many kicks punches and combos on people without getting hit much. And one hour of training in my gym is better than 3 hours in most traditional places. Osiris judging by your standup in the throw down clip I wouldn't be talking. I mean you had no structure, footwork, threw crappy kciks and didn't even try to land a punch and I think you turned your back a few times as well. I would own in standup with my 1-3 hour a week muay thai/boxing training schedule.

I know this is more of a "pure" tkd vs "pure" mt, but doesn't Vernon White have a tkd background? He's a solid fighter. imho, none of this matters anyway, most of the best professional fighters have proven it takes more than expertise in a single art to win a fight against a sound opponent. Even the Gracies have some stand up skills.

Meravod.... seriously GET OVER IT. This clip is not an attack against Muay Thai! Everyone here acknowledges Muay Thai is a hell of a standup art. But no one's fucking invincible. Stop making excuses. This one guy lost to a TKDer. If you're so confident in your skills, then just take solace in knowing that YOU could have beaten the TKD guy. But that guy didn't. End of story.

It's really getting old, and nutriding of any kind, MMA or otherwise, is a sign of low intelligence and brainwashing.
