    Anyway, I would acually look into such exercises because I have really poor breathing control/mechanics.

    I don't think that it is correct to say that feeling "chi" is actually feeling blood flow. The reason is that while I did judo for 4 years, doing judo, which certainly gets your heart beating, did not feel the same as doing chi kung. Likewise, now I'm practicing kickboxing and doing sparring which is very physically demanding, but that does not feel like chi kung feels.

    I'm not making any claims about magical powers or enhanced abilities through the practice of chi kung. But, in terms of how it "feels", it certainly seems different than the feel of exercise.


    I would like to point out the very obvious difference between someone like Ki Warrior and myself. Just because Ki Warrior likes to talk about chi blasts and magic shields, that dosen't mean that that's what I'm trying to talk about if I bring up the subject of strange sensations I feel when doing chi kung.
