Okay, here is the video I have. I have two versions, a 30 meg version and a 90 meg version. The 30 is good... but if you have a high speed connection, get the 90.

can i ask a question though? i noticed that you often used what looked from one side to be a half butterfly guard instead of getting him into a full closed guard, why did you do that? (i'm a jj n00b, so i'm probably missing something)

Full guard is bad for MMA in most cases. With the half butterfly, I can push and pull and have good movement and avoid punches. Also helps me get sweeps.
