    Karim Quibir trains eight hours a day, four in the morning (physical) and four in the afternoon (specific for boxing) and he is the badass, at least for spanish boxing standars that generally suck (along with most european boxing).

    How come everyone here equates training long hours with training well? If you're training long hours and not a superstar, maybe you just plain are wasting your time? There's training, and then there's beating your head against the wall.
