Do some sideways situps on a roman chair with a 45 lb plate held to your chest.
Do some side bends with an 80 lb dumbbell in one hand. and yes, you'll need to switch the weight to the other hand to get both sides.
Do incline twist-situps with weight on your chest.
Then come back when you think you are ready to be kicked.
