Or at least one that I'm concerned enough about to post about. :(
Sunday playing soccer I was in goal.
Some high hard shots I had to really reach for.
So I remember one instance where my arm was fully outstretched leaping backwards, the ball it my fingers tip, crossbar and stayed out.
Now for a couple days, at the lower inside edge of my shoulder blade I've felt pain and seems like I'm feeling some swelling.
Could a hyperextension of the shoulder backwards cause something like this?
Edit: Maybe that wasn't the most clear?
Hold your arm straight up, and bend it backwards, that's what happened to me.

Torn subscapularis or infraspinatus muscle. Will heal with time. Avoid rowing at the gym for a bit.

What about bench presses? If I can't do those I'm done to one exercise I do at the gym!
