I heard that you need to do 20 min of cardio to start burning fat.
Is this true??
If so how is HIIT different.
I started my indoor soccer season yesterday and there was this hottie doing a bike class there. I smiled, she smiled back, I think my cardio workout will be going up next week.
Nothing better than watching a beautiful woman go up and down until she's all hot and sweaty.
