    What/How much cardio do you do a week?

    At the beginning of the year i was completely unfit and after sticking to a cardio programme things have changed.

    What do you guys do, cardio wise, to keep fit?

    Me: Sunday 40 min jog
    Monday:40 min jog
    Tuesday: Wrestling (hey it helps getting fit.)/Boxing
    Wednesday:Nothing
    Thursday:40 min jog.
    Friday:Boxing/Wrestling
    Saturday: If I don't run on Monday I run on this day. Vice Versa.

    My martial arts training provides an excellent cardio workout. By the end of it your soaked in sweat and your hearts racing. But ontop of it I do some running a couple of times per week.

    MUT that sounds pretty good to me. Run one day and rest the next. I use skipping ropes too, and try to move my unco-ordinated self to do 100 consecutive jumps as sets.

    No weight training? I'd get rid of one of those running days and hit the weights.

    Honestly, I do nothing. I hate jogging. My soccer season just finished up, but I may start another one in uni. A couple 15ish less on the elliptical or whatever it is called warms be up for weights.

    I try and make all workouts cardio in nature and I try to run twice a week:
    Run 15 min, stop halfway, do some forms, SD techs all full blast, as much as I can do in 10 min. Run back doing intervals of 30 sec jog 30sec sprint 30sec jog30 sec walk 30sec jog 30 sprint etc.

    3-4 45-60 min. prone-w-bone sessions per week.
