Ouch. Ya know, if I were you, I sure as hell would not want to go out on a loss, especially a loss because I didnt have enough notice to train for it.

You went into a fight out of shape and against a guy 24#s heavier. From the way you have described it, you were not at your best. How you end something is very important as to how you view that thing for the rest of your life. Take some time and to clear the head, and when you are ready, take one more fight. If you train hard and are well prepared - win or lose - you are going to feel better about moving on.

I would even go so far as to recommend a few posters on this board for you to fight.....

I am a old fat ass TKD wannabe doing this **** for 5 years after being on the couch for 43.... but as a 48 year old man who has seen more than the average share of ****, this thread is truely the strongest fuckin' thing I have ever seen a man do. For what it is worth to you... you have my respect.
