    And I quote:

Liddell: MMA is the safest way you can practice your skills without getting in a real fight. Itís the best way to simulate using techniques that could inflict permanent damage in a less controlled environment.

I don't think I've ever seen Chuck do a leglock. Or a sub of any kind...

BB: Chuck, what would you say is the best technique to use against the type of grapple-holds popularized by the Gracies?

Chuck: Uhh, sprawl? I don't quite understand your question.

BB: Do you use strategy when you fight?

    Chuck: Yes.

BB: Magnificent. What is your opinion of kicking?

    Chuck: Useful when not punching.

BB: And finally, you think you could take on your old man?

Chuck: Wait, are you asking if I would beat my father in the Octagon? That doesn't even make any sense.

I thought that was a geocities page when it first loaded. Then I realized that Black Belt would fit perfectly in that ghetto of web hosting.

Edit: Jesus Christ, Black Belt showed their readers a heel hook. Assuming the readers don't dismiss it as "a gay grappling move", someone is going to tear an ACL trying it.
