Clubber nad Tatum are at the same level of badassness rat, but since Tatum seems taller and has more reach... Tatum.
I´d go for Scorpion and ken also (the baddies ROOLZZ)

What about Johnny (Bad guy from The Karate Kid) vs Chosen (Bad guy from The Karate Kid II)? I think I would have to go with Chosen, but its a tough call.

On one hand, Clubber Lang ate lightning and crapped thunder.
On the other, Mr Tatum would not only "eat your children" but he would always get the last punch because he could punch you lewdaquisly symultaniously with the round ending bell.

It would be brutal but I think that Kimbo guy would take them both.
Which means that J-Kid would defeat all three.
