I've found that snorting protein is much more efficient than those silly shakes.
It goes directly into your lungs and into your blood stream so nothing gets burnt up in your stomach.

Generally a waste of money. You think those cut up monsters in Muscle Mags got those bodies from the large sponsored ads? More likely from the smaller ones in back or maybe the pharmacies in Mexico. These mags are all about selling sups.

Protein Sups bloated, gassy, expensive, taste like crap, get tiring, no resulting gains for me. Real food is better.

Creatine mostly water weight gained, some strength gains - psychological? Anecdotal evidence of quicker recovery times, also anecdotal evidence of kidney damage.

Multi-vitamin good choice if your taxing your system and not getting adequate nutrition to complement your work. not a replacement for eating right.

    Roids for idiots and posers.

    Growth Hormone see above.

    Testosterone make your own.

Glucoseamine anecdotal evidence of positive joint /ligament response.

Save your money, real gains take time, go for the long haul not the short-cut.
