your first attempt at a sweep or reversal will most likely not work.
what you have to get good at doing is attempting a sweep, when the guy resists, take him the opposite way. you may even have to use up to 3-4 moves to get a guy over.
it takes time and practice, stick with it.

I think it's great that IGBJJs gives TKD Boxer some friendly, honest advice and then says *Everyone that does TKD likes to have their fudge packed deeper than Jerry Springer's Final Thought*.

What you need to do is sense your balance and his balance. Sense his force and the amount of force and the direction that it's going. If the guy's stance is so sweeping isn't the best thing to do, manipulate his balance by pressuring and releasing, or just releasing, or circling and doing it.
