Police sergeant cops feel of high schoolgirl's thighs
Mainichi Shimbun, Jan. 22, 2002
A police sergeant has been arrested after he spent several minutes rubbing his hand up and down the thighs of a 16-year-old schoolgirl as they rode a packed commuter train in Tokyo on Tuesday, police said.
Haruo Nakano, 47, the sergeant, admits to the allegations.
"It was the first time I've ever done something like that," he told the police upon his arrest for indecent assault. Police said Nakano and the girl, a high school student, were riding a crowded JR Keihin Tohoku Line train from Akabane when the police officer started rubbing his hand up and down her bare thighs.
The girl withstood the ordeal until the train reached JR Nishi Nippori Station. She then alerted a railway official, who escorted Nakano, of Saitama, to a nearby police box where he was arrested.Kungfoolss, Scourge of the theory-based stylists, Most Feared man at Bullshido.com, and the Preeminent Force in the martial arts political arena -

Thief steals car off cops
Mainichi Shimbun, March 28, 2003
OSAKA -- A car thief bent on keeping a stolen station wagon that had been impounded in a police parking lot earlier this month managed to steal it back again, red-faced officers said Friday.
Police officials of Osaka's Nishiyodogawa Police Station have admitted that the steel entrance door to the parking lot was unlocked. "We intend to strictly tighten watches," deputy station chief Yukio Kitamura said. Katsuyuki Tsujioka, 26, an unemployed man from Nishiyodogawa-ku, stole the wagon in the ward in January and drove the vehicle after changing its license plates. But his car was moved by police officers to a private parking lot after he parked it in a banned location in Osaka on March 10.
He then stole the car again from the parking lot but abandoned the vehicle in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, on March 12, after a patrol car discovered him driving the stolen car. The police seized the car and transferred it to the Nishiyodogawa Police Station. Only four hours later, Tsujioka and his accomplice sneaked into the parking lot to steal it back at about 5:30 a.m., before being arrested by the police, the officers said.Kungfoolss, Scourge of the theory-based stylists, Most Feared man at Bullshido.com, and the Preeminent Force in the martial arts political arena
