    workout question

ok so.......... their have been a lot of workouts posted lately that seemed like over kill. anyway, i think i have a little something that I could add to the discussion.... so here's what i did in terms of working out last week.

sunday - Yard work for 4 hours then I went to the gym for and hour and a half
monday - MT for 1&1/2 hrs
tuesday - BJJ for around 2 hrs.
wednesday - went to the gym for about 2 hrs.
thursday - Mt for 1&1/2 hrs. BJJ for about 2 hrs.
friday - played with my grippers all night
saturday - BJJ for about 2 hrs. then went to the gym for about an hour and a half later that day.

** typical gym excursion = 10 minute jogg 30 min bagwork, 3 sets of a multijoint back exercise(sometimes heavy sometimes light), same for chest legs and shoulders and some days i substitute all the weight training for deadlifts.

***the grippers I use are the captain of crush gripper from iron mind. I'm about 3mm from closing a #2 (that's 195lbs)

That's pretty much what I do every week, but sometimes I just sit on my ass all day. I also do 50 pushups and some ab work every morning. I don't keep a schedule and I don't conform to a routine. I don't diet and I'm not trying to loose weight. If I feel tired I rest.

    Current stats:
    height - 5/10
    weight - 205
    % body fat - setween 10 and 15
And I'm in really good shape IMO.

So my question is : Is a do you think a workout schedule even needed.

as of right now I say that's it's more important to just do what you can and not overwork yourself.

Not bad, for a goat sucker.
Wish I had no life, so I could workout all the time and have no responsibilities :p

Funny thing..... I work 8 hours a day(see: the time i post @bullshido) and have a wife that requires a lot of attention.

It works out though because she teaches aerobics classes at night so when she is teaching those classes i go to MTorBJJ. on her off days she still goes to the gym and works out. so I go with her. So I meet all my responsibilities and still get to do pretty much whatever I want.

Last week was a really good workout week for me. alot of times all those gym days are just me hitting the bag for 30 minutes then sitting on my ass the rest of the day.
