    Eventually, you are going to have to pump some IRON.
    In the meantime, try the following:
    chins
    one legged squats
    simulated deadlifts- go to the bottom, then push up.
    Handstand pushups.
    1 arm pushups- you CAN do these, if you spread your legs.
    try negatives.

    Your only chance is to stay small and date a strong fag that prefers oral.

    Yes.

    At some point it becomes inefficient and it no longer makes sense to avoid weights*. Additionally it is easily arguable that you can get quicker gains from weights.

    Also the line goes something like"quit your whining and pump some iron" or the alternate form "shut up and squat".



    *i.e. do two hundred pushups or 4 sets of bench

    I'm knocking up a set of weights on me grandad's old tank lathe (stole it when he was serving in germany- you have to hand it to the old bastard. He has a sense of priorities.) D'you want one?

    The quick sudden acceleration.

    I understand the ratio of fast-twitch muscles and slower-oxidizing muscles are determined by genetics. AND there is much dispute as to how to train best for explosiveness. Doing weights will not slow you down. Do the motions correctly at a speed where you control it, stretch later on, and train MA.

    I've gained 37.5 lbs in 11 months last year training a lot with weights and haven't lost any explosiveness.
