I have been instructed to retract any and all statements re:jamoke.

I would like any forum members who have had a problem with jamoke to please email me at peedee_shaolin@yahoo.com. Anything said will be forwarded to my attourney and will not be made public.

This man has also mad racist remarks on this forum as well. I cannot respond to any questions about him re:his homosexual advances towards me.

Once again, I RETRACT all statements made re:jamoke.

geez petey, he can call a lawyer on you too for saying you're going to get a gun and KILL HIM! this is from one of the guys who was AGAINST U.S.S.D. suing mikey into homelessness. this just proves once again that you are the biggest HYPOCRITE on this site.

hey petey, if you ARE going through with this lawyer crap, which i doubt, you are making michael macdonald's defense MEANINGLESS! a lot more is at stake for him because U.S.S.D will OWN mcmikey forever thanks to mikey's "all in good fun" antics on this board. if you respect michael at all you would drop this foolishness now because it's a case of the persecuted becoming the persecutor.

Debatable, onebad. The gun comment was in reference to self defense, and just about everything PeeDee says can be attributed to satire and/or parody, so it would be very unlikely to stand up in court.

The laws on what yo say are very strict these days, so even if you are joking you can get in alot of trouble. I remember one kid got suspended for telling a joke about blowing up the school.
