Try drinking some milk and or eating some turkey before you go to bed. These foods are high in the amino acid tryptophan which has been used as a sleep aid.
You may be able to find tryptophan at a health food store...supposedly it either has or is going to be reintroduced to the market.

Ah. You're definitely suffering from "Thugus Fatigus." It comes from putting up a thug facade and telling people how hard you are for too long. Sooner or later, psychological elements coupled with the physical stress caused by the stiff-legged 'thug walk' will begin to tax the subject's reserves. This will result in insomnia, headaches, unemployment, and the inability to utilize the English language.
I suggest taking two clue bricks daily, applied to the top of the cranium.

It could be that you suffer from panic attacks. Anxiety can increase some of those symptoms to the point where you THINK you are sicker than you are.
1. Quit smoking.
2. Learn to relax - you will sleep easier.
3. If you can run 4 miles you can't be that sick.
4. If it happens again get yourself to the hospital or go see a doctor.

Jesus christ...you guys are scaring the **** out of me. I'm going into a clinic to have blood drawn to check for thyroid problems and basic bio-chem imbalances of some sort...but I'm hoping it's just stress, or something psycho-somatic (it'd suck if I'm losing my mind tho)....and WTF, I was planning on getting a HIV test so I can fight anyway. Definitely doubt it's that, unless I passed out someplace unsavory and am choosing not to remember something. ewwwww....:(
