Style: Chemical Assistance
I'm about to get a bottle or six of the N03x universal blah blah blah. Anyone used it? The guys at my gym who take it said they love it. Not only does it make them lift harder, more, etc. It increases their appetite, thickens their hair, clears their faces, makes them fly....
Just wondering if any of you guys have used it before and have any comments

no I have not, by fly, do you mean cool?
Haven't heard MUCH good about it, don't know anyone using it.
People at another board I post at generally seem to look down on it.
They COULD have a nice placebo effect :D
I haven't done much research into it due to not much 'hype' around it because maybe.......it doesn't 'work.' I do creatine myself btw.

I found this stuff, it's basically the same thing but it's supposed to be better or whatever and it costs 25$. I think it might be worth a shot.

Eat more, save money (from pills that is)

I'm Italian, we don't get acne ^^. We're all beautiful. The reasoning for those other beneficial effects are just the increased amt of oxygen and blood flow to various parts of the body. From this a person is able to lift more weight, more reps, etc. This increases the amt of Hypertrophy which increases muscle mass. Ehh. I know this is MA stuff, but I like power lifting too :-)
Only 25$, I'm gonna get some, and report back my findings, then I'll try arginine only and see if I get the same thing.

Supplements always help. Creatine, etc. I avoid the steriods and pro-hormones though. I wanna keep it semi natural and keep my testicles from turning into grapenuts.

I also encourage you to use this thread, or another to track your lifts and progress.
And thoughts on how you feel it affects your preformance.

Careful with that creatine man, essentially it pumps liquid into your muscles...stop using it and the muscles deflate (lol, not actually, but they do shrink quickly).
