http://www.menshealth.co.uk - We have this in the UK, not sure if you can buy it in america, It's pretty good when you get over the amount of topless men with washboard abs it contains.

Men Health has its moments, unfortunatly, they are far and few between,
As for MA magazines, don't even bother.

ever since my newbie thread, i've been looking to matthius100's posts to see what not to do. He gets insulted a lot for believing in this magazine, so I'm going to ignore that advice at least. Anyone else?

For a straight Martial Arts mag: Journal of the Asian Martial Arts and Fighting Arts are about the only two with any form of editorial integrity.

But they don't contain health tips. You're better off looking at a health mag for that sorta stuff.

"Classical Fighting Arts Magazine" http://www.dragon-tsunami.org/ or "Journal of Asian Martial Arts" Both are pretty good.

here, here for JOAMA. They always have good discussion and disection of the styles they feature. Usually with good talk of particular strategy and well researched histories. Good artists also..

    Whatever that grappling mag is.
And that's when I figured out that tears couldn't make somebody who was dead alive again. There's another thing to learn about tears, they can't make somebody who doesn't love you any more love you again. It's the same with prayers. I wonder how much of their lives people waste crying and praying to God. If you ask me, the devil makes more sense than God does. I can at least see why people would want him around. It's good to have somebody to blame for the bad stuff they do. Maybe God's there because people get scared of all the bad stuff they do. They figure that God and the Devil are always playing this game of tug-of-war game with them. And they never know which side they're gonna wind up on. I guess that tug-of-war idea explains how sometimes, even when people try to do something good, it still turns out bad.
