Style: Judo & Sub Wrestling
Anybody ever have any luck with the CrossFit workouts? I did one today, while only 20 minutes long, was hard as ****. They have a very interesting approach to training, so I was just curious if anybody here has ever tried it for an extended period of time and liked it/seen results. It's seems they're geared towards the MA/Military/Police.
Regardless, that doesn't change the fact that kickboxing is commonly known as fighting while grappling simply isn't. - Osiris

<<< Been doing the WOD for a couple of weeks now.
Loving the workouts, but I haven't made too much progress. My tricepts and Lats are a lot bigger because of all the pull ups but that is about it.
I plan on sticking with this program for a while. The concepts are pure gold.

I like the idea of the workout of the day.
It keeps the boredom away that eventually happens when you're on a routine for some time.
