I think it'll be Randy this time. I actually picked Belfort the last time, but he didn't look that impressive. If it hadn't been for the cut, he probably would have lost. I'd LIKE to see Vitor pull out the "W" for the simple excuse of seeing Belfort-Liddell II with a 5-round limit. The first match was amazing, easily one of the Top 10 UFC matches of all time.

What a thorough analysis and insightful contibution.
My money's on Randy. Vitor may be a big hitter but we've already seen Randy out-box Chuck, and Vitor's wild charging punches won't be a surprise anymore. If he puts Randy against the cage and can pin him there with strikes then he can win the fight, but Randy's takedowns are just too good for the standup to last long if it starts to go south. -

With Randys Greco experience I can't imagine Vitor being able to pin him up against the cage. I think Vitor's only chance of winning is to bring it to the ground and wind up on top (again, I can't see this easily happening because of Randys Greco background). We'll see - it's going to be a great fight.Originally posted by Shumagorath

But if Vitor CAN get on top, it is over.Randy has had no success on bottom(Barnett, Ricco). And Vitor is as they say...a phenom.Obviously he is not the wrestler Randy is, but he's closer than you may realise. His takedown defense in the ADCC was stellar. And his offense wasn't so bad either.
I see Vitor beating silva if they fight again too.
Silva comes straight in with no head movement, his punches are more arcing than Belforts.Silva is willing to take shots to return them, he's been knocked to a knee on punches thrown by japanese scrubs.
He has too little brains and too much balls. He'll wade right into Vitors wheelhouse, just like last time. -
