Soy = bad for you. Poison protein. Stay away from soy or face bitch tits, reproductive organ problems, birth defects in your childeren, organ trouble, etc. Soy, in general, is not meant for human consumption, and, in general, never was.

Do you have any sources for this? I'm not doubting you, because I've heard this before, too, but would like to see some sort of scientific evidence.

There is absolutely no reason to eat eggs without eating the yolk.

Cholesterol is man friendly and an essential part of maintaining the HPTA axis.

Peanut butter. It's cheap, there's a hell of a lot of it around, and it does contain protein. I'm not sure how good it is as a protein source though. Anybody know? My brother used to stock shitloads of it when he was a student. Failing, that, your neighbours cats

i have mostly switched to whey protein, tuna, eggs, milk and this stuff called quorn which is made from fungus www.quorn.com

note, whey & quorn are NOT cheap.

Shadow - check out Ultra Mart on Stone, their tuna and salmon prices DO fluctuate, but when you notice it is cheaper go buy a bunch. Talk to me more on prices on MSN, and I'll be shopping for stuff to cook this semester.
