Joint Attacks

The only thing I really got (which I'm still recovering from) is a cracked knuckle. One of the most annoying injuries ever. Its pretty much healed now, but its like the whole knuckle is bruised, and its going to be like that for a while. I never understand how people can get so messed up IN CLASS. When I spar or work a technique I always try to be careful for my partner... yet theres a guy I know who has done only 8 months worth and he has already cracked his knuckle (alot worse than me) and now is out of training for a broken foot bone.

I'm surprised he was still willing to play with you after the first two...

I don't have a long list yet. Dislocated a guy's shoulder in Aikido (but he'd had it dislocated several times before - he quit the art after that :( ). May have hyperextended an elbow or two in tournaments. Never had serious joint damage done to me. [looks around for wood to knock on].
