I feel sorry for anyone who trains with someone who got their license through the mail with their belt

    I don't get it.
For the equivalent of 5 us dollars you can buy a black belt at any sports shop.
Why bother to pay for the DVD's anyway???

It's not just the USA. there is a very small martial arts shop in my small comuters town that actually sells almost every single belt colour for a large range of arts.

The TaeKwonDo belts are the esiest to find.

So true. The local MA shop has black belts will all sorts of fancy dan stripes and all the bells and whistles a mcdojoka could ever need. You think jsut as a joke I should buy like a 10th dan black belt and go to fight events in it?

Just be careful man cause those brand new 10th Dan belts are stiff like planks and with them sticking out like that when tied you could lose an eye rushing them.

With a 10th dan belt you could easily cut in line at Starbucks.
