    Cheap BJJ Submissions/Techniques

Does anyone have a list of cheap subs/techs done in BJJ?

Recently I rolled with couple friends and applied a gi choke from inside his full guard. I put my right arm under his head and my left forearm on his windpipe and applied a forearm scissor choke.

He tapped out but later said that was a cheap move. I'm still new at BJJ and I would like to know more about cheap subs/tech so I can do them more often..hehe j/k ;)

    Your friend sucks ass.
And that's when I figured out that tears couldn't make somebody who was dead alive again. There's another thing to learn about tears, they can't make somebody who doesn't love you any more love you again. It's the same with prayers. I wonder how much of their lives people waste crying and praying to God. If you ask me, the devil makes more sense than God does. I can at least see why people would want him around. It's good to have somebody to blame for the bad stuff they do. Maybe God's there because people get scared of all the bad stuff they do. They figure that God and the Devil are always playing this game of tug-of-war game with them. And they never know which side they're gonna wind up on. I guess that tug-of-war idea explains how sometimes, even when people try to do something good, it still turns out bad.

Don't think that was a good move. He could have defended. I guess your partner sucks.

Ditto to your friend sucking. That choke really isn't that hard to defend, even if your opponent is much bigger than you.

Notice how it's always 'cheap' when a training partner get tapped by something not requiring a great deal of skill?

To add to your list: Wristlock from anywhere. The amount of bitching i've heard over the internet about this technique is high.

Wristlocks are cheap as hell!!!!! And should be used to maximum efficiency!!! :D

How about when the person takes someones back and crosses their ankles and the other guy goes for the ankle lock. HA! HA!

To make it even cheaper is when you have your back taken, if you could grab the guys ankles and cross them yourself - that is funny ****. Just make sure that he doesnt trap your arm with his leg!

Or the quick choke: (from mount) grab the same sided collar and drive your knuckles deeply into the guys throat with your other hand.

The other day, my friend and I were rolling and he was fucking around - like he was gonna elbow my nuts. Then he did it on accident. So I tapped him like twice, took his back and applied the cheap (t3h d34dly) "Wet Willy" submission in his ear! Does that count?

How about guard passing, going into combat base and putting the knee right on the groin while going for the pass.

I've been told to watch out for these moves during competition.
