I just recently started training in Muay Thai again and I my feet started to get that tingling betweenn my toes again. My School just got brand new mats and I change shoes, socks, and wear flip flops on the regular. does anyone have any suggestings for me or my teacher.
You are in a lot of trouble.

I would say everyday at the close of business. Wash with bleach solution. See BJJ & Ringworm thread, there are some suggestions there as well.
