the "secret" to relieving pressure put on my nikyo is by getting really close to nage and laying your arm vertically across their chest

I just said to "relieve pressure", the "real" reversal to nikyo is to tap and say "OK, OK, I give, I give", then when they let up kick them in the balls or sucker punch them :D

actually you ball your trapped hand into a fist and grab his fingers then turn it down and reach with the other hand to get sankyo (at least that's one i was shown)

i don't know yet. i am moving about 6 hours away at the end of july and haven't had a chance to assess the area dojos, etc...

Where are you moving dude? I'm getting transferred to Pensacola with a start date of July 31, so I can go back to my old dojo on a regular basis and pick up judo along with aikido but the bad news is that I'll have to quit karate.
