    Usually I have a bowl of Rice Chex, Three eggs, and some sort of juice (and not Hawaiin Punch, real juice).

    Breakfast for me, usually consists of either some cereal and some orange juice, or some toast with butter, some yogurt and a banana. I'm not sure if it's really healthy, but it holds me over until lunch time.

    Bananas and some of the more substantial cereals (muesli etc) + some juice should keep you going for a while... if you want more protein, add hardboiled (easier to prepare in advance) or softboiled (tastier) eggs.

    Could someone tackle the question of what kind of nutrition a person should have in the morning?

    Carbs? Protein? Fat?

    Make a thick slice of toast. Slather it with almond butter. Spread a bit of honey over that. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    It's quick and tastes vaguely like baklava. Found this in Bicycling magazine.
