    Breakfast Suggestions?

    I need ideas for fast easy breakfast.

    Lately I've just been making crappy sandwiches, but I'm very tired of them.

    Note that I don't need a big carb load-up or anything because I usually work out in the evenings.

    I'm also not entirely sure what kind of nutrients I should be getting in the morning.

    a protein shake:
    60g chocolate whey
    1 bananna
    12oz chocolate soy milk
    4 oreos

    and a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich

    I'm not a big Oreo fan, but that actually sounds pretty good. I need whey powder and a blender.
