To help this thread live again, Tedeschi also has a book specifically about pressure points Essential Anatomy : For the Healing and Martial Arts. It contrasts/compares western medicine with eastern medicine. Looks at the human body from the western point of view and then from the eastern. Quite interesting...

the [western] bible of acupuncture points is "manual of acupuncture" by deadman. its is by far the best book so far, including diagrams of locations, actions, historical uses, and combinations of points, as well as some channel theory. the only problem is that it is a little pricey, like $130.
UB57 does indeed rock as a local point for calf pain. -

Style: Filthy Jailhouse Tactics--
I just kind of rub in general areas until I get a moan. Then I work on that for awhile. Work down towards the lower back and slowly slip under the blouse, as if it's just "in the way". Now go up to past the middle back and just lightly rub the shoulderblades, and possibly the shoulders depending on how tight the blouse is. Then return to the middle back and rub under the bra strap a bi.....
