    Hell yeah! Hell no!
My logical reasoning tells me that the chances of this fight actually happening/being video taped are slim.

    what would your reccomend....
I'm just saying don't do anything you don't have to. Mutual combat is not a defense for assualt in Washington State. Both of you could be charged with assualt or at least disorderly conduct.

Since you guys are both deciding to fight, you probably don't have to worry about being sued, unless the guy can make an excessive force claim.

Here's something I found on line.
    http://www.expertlaw.com/library/pub...t_battery.html
    Voluntary (Mutual) Combat
Where the plaintiff voluntarily engages in a fight with defendant for the sake of fighting and not as a means of self-defense, the plaintiff may not recover for an assault or battery unless the defendant beat the plaintiff excessively or used unreasonable force. If two people voluntarily enter a brawl, it is unlikely that either will be able to sue the other. However, if one falls, and the other takes advantage of the situation by kicking him and causing injury, that act may well be considered to be an excessive use of force which would support a cause of action.

Don't worry about it. THink of it this way - you're two high school kids having a sparring match. Even if one of you gets hurt, there's nothing to worry about, really. Just don't maim him or anything, and don't break his limbs. Noone's gonna sue you over a bruise or a knockout.
You say what about my rice?
