Hey guys, I have a question for all of you knowledgeable health people out there.
Whats the best way to get rid of a cold quickly?
I recently came down with a cold, and its been almost a week and Im still feeling that... 'mucusy lung' feeling... like if I ran too much I would be doing that really congested cough.
I want to go back to training!
So any thoughts/suggestions?

Eat a lot of food. I did that and I got over it within a week. :\
