I prefer to wear a Gi, it makes it harder for yourself.

Masta: it's not about what you wear, but how you work out. KFSS people usually wear a gi for day to day working out, and a chinese uniform for demonstrations(even then, most people wear gi). They are cheaper and last longer. In addition, this is what Jimmy H Woo always wore when he worked out(gi or 3 piece suit)
