Bullshit. The people doing modern wushu know exactly what it is, outside of America. People doing Shaolin-Do (Chinese Shao-Lin Center) kung fu have no clue.

Modern Wushu is performance based. SD is Kata with sparring thrown in to make you think you are learning a real MA.
