Some more SD history
From the New Orleans SD school:
"at the age of 13, Sin Kwang Thé tested to Black Belt. For his test, he had to spar 7 other students while blindfolded. He also had to do forms blindfolded. At different times during the forms, boards were held in his path. Since he didn't know when there would be a board, every strike in every form had to be true. "

One thing that really strikes me as odd is that they have photo the supposed hairy GM who died in 1928, but there is only a bad painting of Ie Chang Ming who died in 1976. THe painting is the only picture I have seen of Sin The' with the Supposed GM.

Students usually have their photo taken with their teacher.

I meant to say that their is a photo of the Hairy guy who died in 28 but the one who died in 76 doensnt have a photo...just a bad painting. I would think it would be reversed.

Yes, and I figure that if cameras are around, in existance that is, you are getting your picture taken with your teacher. It is just another thing that is routinely done which could also be used to show claims of lineage.
I see your point though, wierd.

I am still waiting to hear directly from the instuctors about their lineage. None have yet to speak up.
Master Sin The
Master Hsiang The
Master Bill Leonard
Master Eric Smith
Master Bob Green
This is the direct lineage of my instruction. All can be traced, verified, and their existence proven. I guess that means that I studied a real martial art.

Is it true that Master Bob Green can break block without moving his hand? I heard that he did and that it is on video.
