    Alright, I've received the book, and after looking through it and trying some of the exercises, I'm really interested in continuing this experiment. Many of the exercises FEEL like they work, but of course, the purpose of this experiment is to gather hard data to find out of the numbers agree.

    I will begin the experiment on June 1, for the ease of knowing when a month is over, etc. Before I begin, I will gather the following data:
    -One rep maxes on several lifts
    -Body weight
    -Measurements of upper arm, forearms, thighs, calves, chest, and waist. I will take measurements both relaxed and flexed.

    Daily, I will record my body weight as soon as I get out of bed, and I will report any trend in body weight change once a week.
    Weekly, I will retake the measurements of my body, both relaxed and flexed.
    Monthly, I will retest my one rep maximums on the same lifts, using the same equipment.

    Overall, I will do my best to keep my diet and extraneous physical activity at about the same levels. I'll report every week with the weekly information, and of course, monthly with the one rep maxes. I intend to continue the experiment for 2 or 3 months, or until results seem to have a definite trend.

    For the record, I'm entering into this experiment with a pretty skeptical mind, so I will be as accurate as I can in all measurements, and won't intentionally bias them in either direction. The experiment begins in a couple days, so if anyone else has any more ideas on traits I should measure, please speak up now and I'll do my best to accommodate.

    I have a copy of Dynamic Strength. I'm too lazy to do that stuff. For some reason I find it easier to just lift weights.

    BUT . . . I've always wanted to do the Dynamic Strength action because I think the whole bodyweight exercise thing is neat and manly. So if your results turn out pro-dynamic tension, then I too will become Wong's disciple.

    Science is awesome. I'm getting a very non-gay heterosexual little mini-boner from just thinking about this fantastic experiment. A mini-boner for SCIENCE!

    But I don't doubt that Taebo is an attractive fellow. But I'm straight, I swear.

    While a tempting idea, I can't guarantee that my schedule for the next two months will be stable enough for me to get a regular routine in.

    However, before June 1st I will know more about my schedule, so perhaps it can happen. I just can't make a promise at the moment.
