    Pretty much everything with 10km runs with 15kg loads every other day. Every day's leg day.

    I used to do regularly squats W/ 300 lbs about 3 sets.
    It was my favorite exercise. Crap, I got old and I had a hip operation so no can do because the weight comes directly
    down on the hip with the squat. So, I switched to jogging about three miles every other day. Good for the legs and I
    get cardio too. I bought a rowing machine that seems to work good for everything else. That's my routine for a while.

    I escaped from a mental institution after doing 10 pistol squats with 3 security personnel haning on my shoulders so yeah, might call that a special day indeed ;)

    Currently rocking a 500lb deadlift and 400lb raw squat. It's been increasing really slowly since I started training martial arts as well though.
