    Care of Knees

What do you do to take care of your knees? What do you do to help get rid of a little pain you may have in your knees?

    - Keep your body at your recommended weight.
    - Warm up ... cool down.

Listen to this guy for a while if you want (streaming media player file):

EDIT: I'm half-way through this video... there's actually a LOT of good advice in here... it's like an hour-long but check it out even if you let it play in the background while you do other stuff....

Easy to say, hard to do. :( I'm working on this, but I still have problems with my knees after over extending them too much by kicking air in a McDojo.

    Wrap knees
Use Glucosamine & Chondrotine (sp.) My friend is a long distance runner and swears by it.

Is that the stuff that comes in white powder? My parents bought a tub, but I don't like the taste. Maybe I should start sprinkling it on food instead. :(

I checked the label, yup, that's the stuff. Guess I should take it after all. :(

It's meant to be mixed with food I think. Tastes sickly sweet. Not good for anyone who is fighting chocolate temptations.
