Also, as with all injuries, rest, ice and elevate it. Compress it too if you want, just don't do it too hard or it might fall off. :)
Seriously though, that's what you should do when you get an injury.
In terms of rehabilitation, I've heard heat stuff works, as does massage. Gentle stretching may also help. This is assuming it's not serious though, and it's healing.
Best thing to do is probably see a doctor and make sure it's okay, THEN do the rehab stuff. -
