    Well...I am injured.

    So I pulled...or messed up a muscle on the back of my leg. Above the knee...and it's been a month since I've had it. It's but a large cap on my training...and has lowered my flexiblity by a large about when I kick with that leg. It dosn't hurt unless I really use it, like when I do a cartwheel or something.

    I'm sorry to ask such an annoying question...but it's been about a month...probably a bit more. I was wondering if you guys had any tricks or exersises that could make the healing go a bit faster.

    I'll try fixing my chi...and if that dosn't work...I guess...I'll try base jumping. After that I guess I'll have drag my sorry ars to the doctor.

    Warmup for a half an hour (starting very slowly) before each workout.
    careful stretching
    Did I mention rest?

    Also, as with all injuries, rest, ice and elevate it. Compress it too if you want, just don't do it too hard or it might fall off. :)

    Seriously though, that's what you should do when you get an injury.

    In terms of rehabilitation, I've heard heat stuff works, as does massage. Gentle stretching may also help. This is assuming it's not serious though, and it's healing.

    Best thing to do is probably see a doctor and make sure it's okay, THEN do the rehab stuff.

    Well, I'll give it all those thinks a try. If I don't see a diffrence, or if it gets worst I'll be going to see a doctor at the end of this week.

    At escrima today I had one of my knuckles royally fucked up, and afterwards got hit hard enough in the back of my head for my knees to go weak and fall over.

    What was the question again?

    Well...you see, my leg has been bothering...a bit. It has a small ich...and I can't seem to get rid of it so I posted it here. Obviously this is wrost then getting my knuckles screwed up, and getting smacked in the back of the head making me fall over.
