Technique of the month; Beginner's defense against leg kick.

Cool technique, thanks. So, if I understand correctly, the contact point is more or less the back of your leg, right?

Is that a MT technique, BTW? The guys in my class tend to use a different technique for defense against low leg kicks.

Truthfully I have no idea where that technique came from. I've just been doing it for years.
