    Whiteshark, your a pain in the ass that keeps re occuring. My point was eventually all of that punishment takes its toll on the body and sooner or later you have to call it quits becasue the sad truth is as you get older you do not heal quite aswell or recover as quickly. Although it does depend on the person.

    Anthony it sounds like you are doing too much. Your doing Judo twice per week and BJJ three times per week.You don't want to burn out you should cut back on what your doing.

    I have dropped BJJ, I can't even think of doing BJJ with Judo at the same time.

    Judo is tough enough on it's own to do. :(

    I know most of you guys don't like him.

    He and I have had our differences, which we have worked out. He has always been respectful and friendly to me, which I return in kind.
