    Not joking. I thought you were calling out CHP as a department with a bad record. There are departments that have cost municipalities tons of money and have pulled some pretty crappy stuff. There is also departments with a high level of professionalism. When departments keep getting involved in crap there is very easy to find news reports.

    I will say I am really not a big fan of the CHP. I can't point to any specific record though.
    They have had a few scandals but that is to be expected when you have an organization their size.
