I had my boys crushed in a sloppy Uchi Mata once. It wasn't the worst nut pain ever but it wasn't fun. I always wear a cup to train now no matter what the art is. There's always a CHANCE that something will happen, and I always buckle my seatbelt in the car as well. I figure that the divide over wearing a cup is just natural selection doing it's thing and stopping the unfit from breeding.
