    It's as specific as it needs to be. There's a shitty version of you, created by bad choices and excuses, and there's the version of you that you create by making optimal decisions that have better outcomes for the future version of you.

    This is one of the truest, best statements on personal health. I just wish I were not so lazy and could follow it.
