Suppose you're only training to fight zombies, which by definition can't involve any aliveness since zombies are clearly not alive. Does that count?

And just so you know I'm not being prejudice, the same applies to vampires as well. Unless of course they are smokin' hot Kate Beckensale vampires, in which case I'd advise just giving up and maybe begging for a little some some before getting exsanguinated...

    But that's just me.

Please fill in the blank for your source in re: "most fights" ___________.

Please note I am biased, and believe your source, if any, will very likely be crap.

Tell that to the judge. The "I used martial arts to defend myself, over and over and..." plea is a lot more reasonable than your "I wanted to do as much trauma to a single area in the shortest amount of time, your honor" one.

Hell, if it helps you avoid time for aggravated assault, "I evaded him like TinkerBell, your honor", works fine too.

You're an idiot who knows fuckall about fighting and/or April fools.

I'm now going to post a video of Ernesto Hoost. Try to figure out why that combo he's throwing works so damn well. It certainly isn't because he's hitting the same spot again and again.

Well, outside of a highlight reel like that I'm pretty sure some of Hoost's leg kick success is from hitting the same spot again and again. I wouldn't give leg kicks as an example of hitting the same spot repeatedly not working.

There is definitely some leg hammering going on in parts of that. There are certainly times that repeatedly striking the same place again and again is a good idea. However, he uses a sick jab - cross - body hook - low kick combo many times in that video. There's also the jab - low kick combo mentioned earlier in the thread.
