We need to start slow rolling these sorts of threads as to extend the enjoyment and to get a bigger pot.

I had to read this a few times to confirm it wasn't a weed analogy.

Crazy how MMA combines both Striking and Grappling into the same training session. Speaking from personal experience being able to grapple choke people out has saved my bacon many times. If I see the guy has buddies, I go a different way. However, if I just need to fight a single person I haven't found a better MA than BJJ. I think the Gracie's settled this debate years ago. Also, this notion the grapples have no idea how to strike is pretty funny, every MMA guy I train with is reasonably good at both.

Finally, Luke Holloway is a Fraud and if you try to use anything especially his anti-grappling stuff your going to get owned and embarrassed.

BJJ and MMA doesn't teach you to walk away or go a different direction. You are required, by contractual sport technique law, to fall on the ground, assume the mount position and wait for multiple attackers.

    You sir are a liar.

Instructions unclear. O-goshi'd myself. On the concrete waiting for lava storms, needle rain and headboots.

Seriously - I must be doing something wrong. I have trained for years and years and never been in need of bacon saving.
