I've never heard of or read anything about this topic that was conclusive.

    Hahaha...
Because you've studied it so extensively, right?

All it took to send you into fallacy land was a wiki quote.

    Stfu.

    Gosh....baby_cart, ghost55, IsThisRight...stop being so stupid.

I don't care how smart you think I am, your ridiculous derail about the differences between the CNS and PNS has run its course, don't you think?

Dale said "shock to CNS" and you motherfuckers are lecturing people on CNSvsPNS and looking for hydrostatic shock-like damage BS, when none of you even read Dale properly.

    You're arguing like Chunners now.

I don't have the energy or motivation to explain to you why you are wrong. I hope some one else will do it for my entertainment.

Just a quick bit of info: the post regarding hyperalgesia and allodynia is pretty much an explanation of why a bruise hurts more than normal tissue when you press it for a few days. This isn't mediated purely by the CNS as the sensitisation requires the action of cytokines released into the bloodstream due to the local damage to tissue. No one knows the etiology of complex regional pain syndrome.

I remember when you suggested this as an alternative to a squat:

    In this thread:

Hopefully that can convince some people you have no idea what you're talking about even though you come across as you do. I'm done.

LOL, this is always a funny response to me.

    Basically,

Part of me wanted to keep arguing in this thread, but then I had a though: "What would happen if instead of arguing with people on the internet I were to shut up and train?" So I went in for 2.5hrs of pain filled fun, and now I feel pretty good. Sorry for starting this shitfest guys. I really do need to think before I post.

Interesting. That's your first mistake, you aren't debating, arguing or yelling to change a poster's mind. You are making your point and hopefully factually proving your assertion.

    And like ghost55 said:

That's a logical fallacy we all toss around.

Even world champion MMA fighters, gold medalists, sports champions etc. find time to argue on the internet, go to clubs, date, raise a family, **** and play video games. Yet, somehow, they all still train to the top of their game.

So I went in for 2.5hrs of pain filled fun, and now I feel pretty good.
Yet, here you are posting again.

Nope, A large part of the reason i go to an effort to make a point is either a) in the hope that I can convince someone who previously did not agree with my point to do so or b) to provide a base for interesting discussion. This is the reason I don't discuss religion with anyone other than close friends anymore.
