FIrst off I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I'm a 5'9 guy who's pretty slim, I'm looking to start training. Mainly for self-defence and fitness.
I've found a few places around me and need help deciding from ya'll geniuses : )
First there's a Systema class that runs weekly. There's also a krav maga class and finally a gracie bara Brazilian jiujitsu class.
Being quite small I thought that BJJ would be the best choice because I've heard size and strength don't matter a lot on the ground and good technique is best etc. but there again krav maga seems to be interesting.
Please help me decide!

Yes it is in the wrong section. Someone will figure it out.
Size and strength do matter on the ground but krav and systema are almost always garbage so do the bjj.
You will probably find this gets move to newbietown and someone will say do judo.
Whitsunday Martial Arts Airlie Beach North Queensland.

Having done a bit of all 3, I'd recommend BJJ.

Given those choices, I'd say BJJ. nothing feels better than schooling some big guy who comes to a class and thinks Ufc watching counts as experience. Where do you live? Perhaps one of us could recommend a place. Also i always through Filipino martial arts out as an option for someone interested in RBSD but school focus can vary widely.

There is a good thread in this very section about Strength in Grappling I do suggest you read it.
That being said between those three school options I would say BJJ
Mostly because BJJ has a quality control mechanism built in.
Of course I would say go down and do the trial class to see if you like it.
No martial is going to do you any good if you don't show up to class.
