There's so many exercises you can do with dumbbells, here's my list:
dumbbell overhead shoulder press (aka military press)
overhead triceps extensions
bent over dumbbell rows
dumbbell bench press
front and lateral shoulder raises
^ then there's the incline and decline versions of many of the above
